Lagergutsymbole/Gefrierkalender
(nicht bei allen Modellen) ⢠Die Symbole auf den Schubladen zeigen unterschiedliche Arten von Tiefkühlgut. ⢠Die Zahlen geben für die jeweilige Art von Tiefkühlgut die Lagerzeit in Monaten an. Ob der obere oder der untere Wert der angegebenen Lagerzeiten gültig ist, hängt von der Qualität der Lebensmittel und deren Vorbehandlung vor dem Einfrieren ab. Für Lebensmittel mit hohem Fettanteil gilt immer der untere Wert. ⢠Durch Aufstecken der beiliegenden Reiter auf die Schubladen können Sie markieren, welche Lebensmittel in dem jeweiligen Fach gelagert sind.

Abtauen
Der Kühlraum taut automatisch ab
Die Elektronik startet den Abtauprozeà im Kühlraum, sobald der Kompressor abschaltet. Das Tauwasser wird in der Ablaufrinne an der Rückwand des Kühlraumes aufgefangen, durch das Ablaufloch in die Auffangschale am Kompressor geleitet und dort verdunstet.

Gefrierraum abtauen
Während des Betriebs und beim Ãffnen der Tür schlägt sich Feuchtigkeit im Gefrierraum, vorzugsweise oben in der Mitte, als Reif nieder. Entfernen Sie diesen Reif von Zeit zu Zeit mit einem weichen Kunststoffschaber, z. B. Teigkratzer. Keinesfalls harte oder spitze Gegenstände dazu benutzen. Abgetaut werden soll immer dann, wenn die Reifschicht eine Dicke von ca. 4 Millimeter erreicht hat; mindestens jedoch einmal im Jahr. Ein geeigneter Zeitpunkt zum Abtauen ist dann, wenn das Gerät leer oder nur wenig beladen ist.
