Awesome quality manual. You really saved my bacon with this one. Was looking for some specific information with regards to my "new" vintage VCR that didn't come with the owners manual. This site is truely a goldmine of available manuals. The quality of the scans are top notch.
Thank-you so much for this awesome manual. If you're looking for this Sony SL-HF400 owners manual, this is the one you NEED to buy. Definitely worth the money.
The manual was made available promptly. I is a clean scan of the original. I had no problem downloading it. The scan was well centered and cleanly formatted. It is as good a product as can be had without being the original document.
Received downlink in less then 8 hours, Item was in good copy condition, and told me how to program the clock timer. The price was very resonable, and the process was very automated and was GREAT to work with.
Fast service, document is OK. Thanks! Searched for it long time.

THE GRILL PAN AND HANDLES
The grill pan is supplied with removable handles. 1. To attach the handles, place the wirework under the cut out in the pan so that the metal plate hooks over the top of the grill pan.
1.
Ensure the handles are positively located.
2.
To remove the handles, lift away from the cut out on the grill pan.
2.
Place the grill pan on the shelf so that the pan is positioned centrally beneath the grill.
Protect your hands when removing the grill pan handles. Always remove the grill pan handles during grilling.
To check the progress of the food being grilled, the grill pan should be withdrawn to attend food during cooking. If your model is fitted with telescopic runners in position 3, the grill pan can be withdrawn on the shelf.
HINTS AND TIPS
· ·
Most foods should be placed on the grid in the grill pan to allow maximum circulation of air to lift the food out of the fats and juices. Adjust the grid and grill pan runner position to allow for different thicknesses of food. Position the food close to the element for faster cooking and further away for more gentle cooking. Food should be thoroughly dried before grilling to minimise splashing. Brush lean meats and fish lightly with a little oil or melted butter to keep them moist during cooking. Accompaniments such as tomatoes and mushrooms may be placed around the outer edges or underneath the grid when grilling meats. When toasting bread, we suggest that the top runner position is used with the grid in its 'high' position. When using the centre section grill, ensure food is placed centrally on the grilling grid directly beneath the grill element.
