I managed to download the official Sony multi-lingual manual from Owner-Manuals.com with no problem at all - a really quick and easy service. Ovnen Bagning
Anvend en kødnål til at kontrollere, om kager er færdige, når der er cirka 5 minutter tilbage. Du kan derefter forkorte eller forlænge bagetiden. Bageformenes materiale, farve, form og størrelse samt opskriften kan have indflydelse på resultatet. OVER/UNDERVARME giver en jævn farve.

Varmluftsbagning
VARMLUFTSOVNEN reducerer den samlede bagetid,

eftersom der kan være to plader i ovnen samtidig. Det kan dog godt være, at brød og boller ikke helt fÃ¥r den samme farve, især ikke, hvis dejen ikke er hævet tilstrækkelig. OpnÃ¥ede du ikke helt det ønskede resultat? I “Praktiske tips & rÃ¥d” pÃ¥ s. 59 giver vi dig nogle tips til, hvordan du opnÃ¥r det bedste resultat.

OVER/UNDERVARME giver

som regel det bedste resultat, når en ovnhylde anvendes.

Tilberedning af mad i varmluftsovn
Anvend VARMLUFTSOVNEN ved tilberedning af mad på flere hylder samtidig, fx farsbrød, kødboller og komplette måltider (forret, hovedret og dessert). Husk at vælg retter, der skal have den samme temperatur. Retter, der skal have forskellige tid i ovnen skal sættes ind, så det passer med hvornår du ønsker, at de skal være færdige.

Stegning
Anvendelse af OVER/UNDERVARMEN og VARMLUFTSOVNEN til stegning er både let og praktisk. Oksestege af fx inderlår og mørbrad bevarer bedst deres naturlige kødsaft, hvis de steges ved 125ºC. Tilberedningstiden er dog lidt længere end ved højere temperatur. Anvend et fad til kød hvor der præcis er plads til stegen, således at saften ikke brændes tør. Anvend en stor stegepande eller ovnfast fad ved stegning af en skinkesteg, da der som regel er meget kødsaft. Vær forsigtig når du tager den ud af ovnen. Hvis du anvender en stegepose, klippes et hul i det ene hjørne, før den sættes i ovnen. På den måde undgår du at brænde dig på den varme damp, når du åbner posen.
