Comment procéder

1. Vissez la poignée amovible sur la broche. 2. Enfilez une fourchette sur la broche puis la pièce à rôtir en veillant à ce quelle soit bien centrée. Enfilez ensuite la seconde fourchette. Bloquez les fourchettes à l’aide des vis. Posez la broche sur le support et glissez l'ensemble au gradin 2. Engagez l’extrémité de la broche dans le carré d’entraînement du moteur (orifice sur la paroi de fond du four). Dévissez la poignée de la broche. Positionnez la lèchefrite au gradin 1. Versez toujours un peu d'eau dans la lèchefrite. Positionnez le sélecteur du four sur la position et, si la température prédéfinie ne convient pas, réglez la température en tournant la commande TEMPERATURE/TEMPS jusqu’à la position ou . Pour sortir la pièce :
