Backofen-Funktionen
Für den Backofen stehen Ihnen folgende Funktionen zur Verfügung:

b Ober-/Unterhitze
Zum Backen und Braten auf einer Ebene. Die Ober-und Unterhitzeheizkörper sind in Betrieb.

L Backofenbeleuchtung
Mit dieser Funktion können Sie den Backofeninnenraum, z.B. zum Reinigen beleuchten. Es ist kein Heizkörper in Betrieb.

J Oberhitze

Mit dieser Backofen-Funktion können Sie Backwaren und Aufläufe von oben überbacken. Hier ist nur der an der Backofendecke angeordnete Heizkörper in Betrieb.

V Umluft
Zum Backen und Braten auf bis zu zwei Ebenen. Die Backofentemperaturen 20-40 °C niedriger einstellen als bei Ober-/Unterhitze. Ober-/Unterhitze sind in Betrieb und zusätzlich ist der Ventilator eingeschaltet.

Zum Nachbacken von Kuchen mit krossen Böden. Der Unterhitzeheizkörper ist in Betrieb.

Universalblech einsetzen

Kippsicherung
Die Bleche sind mit einer kleinen Auswölbung rechts und links versehen. Diese Auswölbung dient als Kippsicherung und muss immer nach hinten weisen.
