2. Remove the jammed paper.

2. Pull the jammed paper out from the back of the printer. Pulling from the front may damage the printer.

3. Replace the image drum. Close the cover.

3. Remove the image drum and look to make sure the paper is cleared and no pieces are left.

PAPER EXIT JAM (rear tray)
displays if paper exits to rear exit tray 1. Lift the top cover.

4. Replace the image drum and close the cover.
