To Start the Appliance
Allow the appliance to stand for 2 hours after installation. Plug in the appliance and switch on at the mains supply. Turn the thermostat control (B) to a midway setting and adjust the slider control, situated on the back wall of the fridge section, to a midway position between MIN and MAX. The pilot light (A) will illuminate. Leave the appliance for approximately 4 hours for the correct temperature to be reached before placing food inside. To switch off the appliance turn the thermostat control to position I

Setting the temperature
The temperature within the appliance is controlled by the thermostat situated at the top of the appliance. To operate the appliance proceed as follows: Turn the thermostat control beyond the «I» position. Position MIN = minimum coldness Position MAX = maximum coldness Turn the thermostat control knob to the required position. The intermediate position is usually the most suitable. The thermostat control regulates the temperature both within the fridge and the freezer compartment. The thermostat setting can vary as the temperature inside the appliance depends on the following factors: room temperature how often the door is opened how much food is stored position of the appliance

Important
After completion of the door reversing operation, check that the door gasket adheres to the cabinet. If the ambient temperature is cold (i.e. in Winter), the gasket may not fit perfectly to the cabinet. In that case, wait for the natural fitting of the gasket or accelerate this process by heating up the part involved with a normal hairdryer on a low setting.
