Escoger un recipiente con fondo perfectamente plano, con diÃ¡metro no inferior al de la zona de cocciÃ³n. Llenarlo de agua, taparlo y ponerlo sobre la placa, seleccionar con el mando la mÃ¡xima potencia (nÂ°3 ref. mando). Cuando el agua comienza a hervir, se sala y echa la pasta y se remueve hasta que el agua vuelva a hervir, entoces se baja la potencia media (nÂ° 2 ref. mando). Mientras se cuece, se puede emplear el calor residual (en la zona posterior se pueden cocer, en el recipiente adecuado y tapado, el jugo para aderezar la pasta, terminar la cocciÃ³n de un ragÃº de carne o calentar la guarniciÃ³n).
