Sweet! I won the item on eBay and couldn't adjust the geometry or even keep a steady picure. This guide has the full schematics (not available anywhere else as far as I could tell), and was a bargain for the wealth of knowledge it contains. I hooked it up to my testing equipment, tweaked a few potentiometers and got it playing videogames in no time. Thanks!

Great Manual! It contains all the wiring schematics and mechanical exploded views that are essential for service and repair. I was surprised I even found this for such an old machine. Only wish I knew of this site many years ago.

Removal and Installation
Installation of the Right Hand Cover
NOTE
Ensure the front panel cable and the aerosol fan cables are secured inside the right hand cover with cable clamps and retaining clips. At the rear of the right hand side chassis is a hole for the cables to go through. If the cables are not through this hole when the cover is in place on the printer the cover cannot be properly installed.

Removal
1. Remove the Printhead Cleaners (Refer to the User Guide). WARNING Switch off the printer and remove the power cable. 1. Remove the following: 1. "Right Hand Cover" see page 8-4. 2. The Front Panel Assembly and the Front-Panel Assembly Cable can be removed by releasing them from the retaining clips (item 1) and cable clamps (item 2) inside the Right Hand Cover (item 3) (Refer to Figure 2).
