I Recently purchased yet another Service Manual from Owner-Manuals.com, this time for a Sony EVS700ES/UB Videocassette Recorder. The Manual was available for upload within two hours and is an Extremely Good copy, as some of this I was able to enlarge to get even better detail.

A good and useful manual. With these, We was abled to isolate and pin point the component that was causing the problem. The total time spent in troubleshooting is very much reduced.
N. UPPER HEATER REMOVAL
1) Remove the screw securing the air-guide to the upper. 2) Disconnect the leadwire from the sheath heater and main wire connector. 3) Remove the screws of the chamber-U. 4) Remove the chamber-U, air-tunnel-U. 5) Remove the screw securing of the reflector to sheath heater. 6) Remove the sheath heater from reflector. 7) Remove the screw securing of the heater support-F, B to reflector. 8) Remove the heater support-F, B of reflector. 9) Disconnect the leadwire from ceramic heater. 10) Remove the ceramic heater and halogen heater.
O. LOWER HEATER REMOVAL
1) Disconnect the leadwire from the sheath heater. 2) Remove the base plate from cavity. 3) Remove the nuts from the oven cavity of the side. 4) Remove the Gasket, Ring and Heater Bracket. 5) Remove the sheath heater in the oven cavity.
