I AM HIGHLY IMPRESSED BY THE EASE OF USE OF THIS DOWNLOAD SERVICE. INSTRUCTIONS ARE CLEAR AND SIMPLE TO FOLLOW....EVEN BY TECHNOPHOBES SUCH AS MYSELF. THE EMAILS POINT YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION...ITS SO EASY PEASY. THE DOWNLOAD CHOICE OF USER MANUALS IS EXTENSIVE AND I COULD NOT FIND A CHEAPER OR MORE EFFICIENT SERVICE ON THE INTERNET. I COULD NOT HAVE MADE A BETTER CHOICE OF INFORMATION PROVIDER. SHOULD I EVER NEED ANOTHER USER MANUAL, THEN THIS IS THE FIRST CHOICE SITE. Troubleshooting check list
� Check whether the Monitor is turned on.
No picture & No sound
� Check the power cord. � Plug another product�s power cord into the wall outlet where the Monitor�s power cord was plugged in.
Picture OK & No sound
� Press the VOLUME (G) button.
� Check to see if there is any object between the Monitor and the remote control causing obstruction.
The remote control doesn�t work
� Check to see if the batteries are installed with the correct polarities. (Refer to p.26) � Replace new batteries. (Refer to p.26) � Adjust picture items in the picture menu. (Refer to p.30)
No or Poor colour or Poor picture
� Keep a certain distance between the Monitor and the VCR. � Activate any function to restore the brightness of the picture. (If still picture is on the screen for more than 5 minutes, the screen gets dark.)
Poor stereo sound
� Check the kind of input signal.
No output from one of the Speakers
� Adjust Balance in the sound menu. (Refer to p.32)
Strange sound from the Monitor
� The reason strange sound comes from the Monitor when turning the Monitor on or off is due to the signals being input or output to the Monitor. This strange noise does not mean that the Monitor is faulty.
