The Philips scope is of excellent quality, longevity and build and had a couple of faults
when it was passed to me. Having the CCT diagrams is a blessing.
I have fixed the problems and also modded the scope to my requirements.
I have built a 24v Li-Ion pack for portable use from old but good laptop batts.
it is working beautifully and I am well pleased. Keep up the good work Guys.

The manual was made available promptly. I is a clean scan of the original. I had no problem downloading it. The scan was well centered and cleanly formatted. It is as good a product as can be had without being the original document.

Installing the fume extractor hood in the wall unit - extractor version (Filter version with charcoal filter) â¢ Apply the drilling template to the inside wall of the wall unit on the right and left sides, and mark out and predrill Ã 2 mm mounting holes as well as 2 x Ã 6 mm - 5 mm depth holes for the mounting claws (installation aids). â¢ Fix the flange on the hood outlet hole, using 2 screws. Fig. 6a. â¢ Fully withdraw the vapour catcher of the hood. â¢ Important: Detach and insert the grease filters only when the vapour catcher is fully withdrawn. Remove the grease filters. First remove the rear and then the front grease filter. â¢ For 19 mm side walls, the spacer discs clipped in on the appliance body must be taken out. Mount the hood with 4 x Ã 4 mm screws. Fig. 7.
Fig. 7 â¢ Insert the hood in the furniture housing and engage both mounting claws (installation aids) on the right and left sides in the side wall of the wall unit and firmly hold the hood for further mounting. Then fix the hood with the 4 or 6 x Ã 4 mm screws supplied. â¢ Refit the grease filters. Push-in the vapour catcher.
