Having bought a pre-owned Sony FM stereo tuner through eBay, it came without any manuals. It soon became clear that to get the best from this excellent tuner I needed a decent manual because much of the operation was not intuitive to a newboy to hi fi like me. I managed to download the official Sony multi-lingual manual from Owner-Manuals.com with no problem at all - a really quick and easy service. I'm very glad I did because I found out all the operations of the tuner and was then able to not only set it up quickly but also to get much more from it that poke-and-hope trialling would ever achieve. In my book $4.99 very well spent.
Quelques indications utiles concernant l�utilisation
E Dorenavant, nous vous recommandons de mettre votre ´ appareil en veille a l�aide de la touche STANDBY m sur la ` face avant de l�appareil ou sur la telecommande. ´´ En veille, un petit voyant rouge est allume sur la face ´ avant de l�appareil. E Pour mettre l�appareil en marche, appuyez sur la touche P p , z , 0-9 ou introduisez une cassette. A Attention: Si vous utilisez l�interrupteur principal 8 situe sur le cote, l�appareil sera mis completement hors ´ �´ ` circuit. Dans ce cas, l�enregistrement differe n�est plus ´´ possible. Le petit voyant rouge sur la face avant de l�appareil n�est pas allume. Les reglages de la date et de ´ ´ l�horloge seront perdus apres quelque temps. ` Nous vous recommandons donc de laisser l�appareil raccorde en permanence au secteur afin de pouvoir ´ effectuer des enregistrements differes et utiliser le ´´ televiseur. La consommation d�energie est tres faible. ´´ ´ ` E Attention: Avant de couper le secteur a l�aide de ` l�interrupteur principal 8 , retirez avec la touche ? la cassette introduite. D Si le Combi TV/video est coupe du courant, les donnees ´ ´ ´ des cha�nes et du TIMER restent pendant environ 1 ans, ı les donnees de l�horloge restent pendant environ 30 ´ minutes dans la memoire. ´
