I AM HIGHLY IMPRESSED BY THE EASE OF USE OF THIS DOWNLOAD SERVICE. INSTRUCTIONS ARE CLEAR AND SIMPLE TO FOLLOW....EVEN BY TECHNOPHOBES SUCH AS MYSELF. THE EMAILS POINT YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION...ITS SO EASY PEASY. THE DOWNLOAD CHOICE OF USER MANUALS IS EXTENSIVE AND I COULD NOT FIND A CHEAPER OR MORE EFFICIENT SERVICE ON THE INTERNET. I COULD NOT HAVE MADE A BETTER CHOICE OF INFORMATION PROVIDER. SHOULD I EVER NEED ANOTHER USER MANUAL, THEN THIS IS THE FIRST CHOICE SITE. BEFORE CALLING A SERVICE TECHNICIAN, CHECK THE FOLLOWING:
1. No gasto ovenpilot, 2. Oven slow heating up. Poor baking, Poor ignitionof burners. Pilots won't stay lit. Popping soundfrom top burners. Carbon on pilot shield. Burnerflame too low or too high. 3. Oven pilotwill not light or stay lit. a. Check and makesure oven controlknob is in "PILOT ON" position. a. These conditions may be caused by the gas pressure regulator.Have the regulatortested by your gas dealer.
a. Check pilot tubings: May be kinked, cloggedor leaking at fittings. b. Have gaspressureregulator tested. c. Be sureovencontrolknobisnot in the "OFF" position. a. Checkinstallationof surfaceburners.(SeefigureA below.)Does burnertubeO fit over orifice hoodQ? b. Checkinstallationof flashtubing.(SeefigureB below.)Are the twotabs onthe fiashtubeOsecurely inserted into the two slots on the burner head0? c. Checkinstallationof fiashtube hold-down clips. (Seefigure C below.)Do the clipsQ hold the flashtubesQsecurely in place? d. Check pilot flame. e. Cloggedburner ports, clean with a toothpick. a. If you smellgas: (1)Openwindows, (2)don't touch electricalswitches,(3) extinguishany openflame, and (4) immediatelycall your gas supplier. b. Becauseofvibrationsdue totravel, connectionson a recreationalvehicle may loosen. Therefore, periodically check all connections for leaks with soapy water. NEVER use a match or flame to check for leaks. a. Pans set too closeto side of oven. Allow two inches from all sides. b. Range not level. a. Oven too full for proper circulation(seebaking instructionson page 10.) b. Using pan with dark bottom. a. Check and make sure oven pilot is lit.
