Having purchased a 1994 Kenwood music system from a Charity shop in 2013 (it was a high end product in its day), I found myself not quite knowing where to plug in what, and how to do this, that and the next thing. I needed a Manual, and after failure with another online 'Manual provider' I found Owner Manuals dot com. Well, I wasn't sure, but it was only $5, and if things didn't work out, I wouldn't have lost much...
But things DID work out. After paying my childrens inheritance money, $4.99, I was sent a Manual for my Kenwood System very quickly. Alas, it was in German, and being Scottish, I could not read it or get my system in order from it...a rapid email to them brought the English Manual in short order, and my retro-system was and IS up and running in it's regulation settings.
I am very grateful to http://www.owner-manuals.com for their quick service and for even having such an obsolete Manual in the first place! If you need a Manual for ANYTHING, try here first. I wouldn't be surprised if I bought a 1928 Marconi radio, and got the user Manual for THAT here too!

Thanks so much for the Owner's manual for my Sony PS - FL1. I had purchased the turntable off of eBay. It came in and looked great. Packed well and appeared to be great. I balanced and aligned the tone are and hooked it up. When trying to play a record the tone are would move to the right place and just before it would drop to play it moved back off the edge of the record before touching down. I searched the net for an answer to this issue. No luck. Then I purchased the owners manual and sure enough there was a place to adjust where the stylus touched down. That adjustment solved the problem and saved me a $35 feet to have the player checked out. The manual is well written and easy to understand. It is a must have for anyone with this front loading Sony turntable.

� AVL (Limiteur Automatique du Volume Sonore)
La caractéristique du Limiteur Automatique du Volume Sonore est indiquée comme "AVL" dans le menu et ses états valides sont "OUI"/: "NON".
� Volume fixé
Le choix des états valides peut être effectué en sélectionnant "OUI" ou "NON": si OUI, le volume est fixé à un certain volume, si NON, le volume contient 63 valeurs discontinues.
� Lumière
Le contrôle de la lumière contient 63 valeurs discontinues allant du réglage minimum à maximum.
� Indicateur de Volume
Pour afficher la barre d�indication du volume sonore, durant le réglage, sélectionner "OUI". Sélectionner "NON" pour cacher cette barre.
� Couleur
Le contrôle de la couleur contient 63 valeurs discontinues allant du réglage minimum à maximum.
� Volume Min
Cette fonction règle la limite inférieure du volume sonore autorisé pour le téléviseur. Utiliser le curseur droite/gauche pour le régler.
� Contraste
Le contrôle de l�image contient 63 valeurs discontinues allant du réglage minimum à maximum.
� Volume Max
Cette fonction règle la limite supérieure du volume sonore autorisé pour le téléviseur. Utiliser le curseur droite/gauche pour le régler.
� Définition
Le contrôle de la définition contient 63 valeurs discontinues allant du réglage minimum à maximum.
� Activer Volume
Cette fonction règle le volume sonore à la mise en marche du téléviseur. Utiliser le curseur droite/gauche pour le régler.
� Mono forcée (pour téléviseurs stéréo seulement)
Cette commande active ou désactive la fonction stéréo, sur les appareils stéréo. Choisir OUI, NON à l�aide du curseur gauche/ droite.
� Volume Vibreur
Cette fonction règle le volume sonore du ronfleur d�alarme. Utiliser le curseur droite/ gauche pour le régler.
� Activer Programme
Cette fonction fixe le programme appelé à la mise sous tension du téléviseur.
� Balance (pour téléviseurs stéréo seulement)
Pour équilibrer les sorties gauche/droite du son des haut-parleurs du téléviseur.
� Mise sous tension
La fonction du menu Mise sous tension gère le système de contrôle pour activer le récepteur de télévision toutes les fois que l�alimentation secteur est appliquée au téléviseur. Les états valides sont "FORCEE", "STANDARD" et "VEILLE". Lorsqu'il est "FORCEE", le téléviseur ne peut être ETEINT qu'au moyen de l'interrupteur secteur ou d'une télécommande d'installation ou par la fonction ESP (la Programmation d'Economie d'Energie contrôle le temps maximal de visualisation continue autorisé par le système de contrôle).
� Aigus (pour téléviseurs stéréo seulement)
Pour régler les fréquences sonores aiguës du téléviseur.
� Graves (pour téléviseurs stéréo seulement)
Pour régler les fréquences sonores basses du téléviseur.
