The Philips scope is of excellent quality, longevity and build and had a couple of faults
when it was passed to me. Having the CCT diagrams is a blessing.
I have fixed the problems and also modded the scope to my requirements.
I have built a 24v Li-Ion pack for portable use from old but good laptop batts.

The manual was made available promptly. I is a clean scan of the original. I had no problem downloading it. The scan was well centered and cleanly formatted. It is as good a product as can be had without being the original document.
* Modalità Auto (codice VPS): il segnale VPS viene inviato da alcune stazioni trasmittenti con le informazioni delle dimensioni originali. Quando il televisore è nella modalità Auto e riceve il segnale VPS, le dimensioni cambiano automaticamente come indicato di seguito. Quando il televisore riceve il codice VPS 16:9, seleziona automaticamente 16:9.

� Per accedere direttamente al menu CARATTER., premere il tasto giallo oppure � Premere il tasto �M� per accedere al menu principale. Premere il tasto � � o � � per selezionare CARATTER., quindi premere il tasto � � o � � per accedere al menu Caratter.

Quando il televisore riceve il codice VPS 4:3, seleziona automaticamente 4:3. Sorgente esterna: quando si guarda la TV tramite il terminale Euro-SCART AV-1 e il televisore riceve le informazioni del formato 16:9 (tramite il pin di controllo audio-video), viene selezionato automaticamente 16:9.

Spegnim. a Tempo
Il timer di spegnimento automatico consente di spegnere il televisore dopo un periodo definito. Selezionare l�opzione Spegnim.a Tempo, quindi premere il tasto � � o � � per impostare il periodo di tempo desiderato. � possibile selezionare un valore compreso tra 0 e 120 in incrementi di 10 minuti: (SPENTO, 010, 020, 030, 040, ... ,120.) Se il Spegnim. a Tempo automatico è attivato, allo scadere del periodo impostato, il televisore entra automaticamente nella modalità standby.

Informazioni speciali sui formati 16:9 e 4:3 Nella modalità 16:9 è possibile adattare il formato 16:9 dell�immagine e allargare il centro della visualizzazione. Ciò è utile quando, ad esempio, si guardano eventi sportivi per cui non esiste un centro fisso reale dell�immagine.
Chiave Bambino
4:3 � possibile vedere i programmi 4:3 passando alla modalità 4:3. Questa opzione consente di disattivare i pulsanti del pannello di controllo (a eccezione del pulsante di accensione). Selezionare Chiave Bambino, quindi premere il tasto � � o � � per attivare o disattivare l�impostazione. Quando si attiva questa impostazione, il televisore può essere azionato esclusivamente tramite il telecomando.
