The PDF copy was immediately available on download after the payment. However, I noticed that the document was in German, and Ihad to contact a German translator to get it translated it to English. The quality of document is legible can be used for my purpose.

The Philips scope is of excellent quality, longevity and build and had a couple of faults
when it was passed to me. Having the CCT diagrams is a blessing.
I have fixed the problems and also modded the scope to my requirements.
I have built a 24v Li-Ion pack for portable use from old but good laptop batts.

F: Was versteht man unter einem Fernseh-System?
A: Fernsehbilder werden nicht in allen Ländern nach dem gleichen System ausgestrahlt. Es gibt verschiedene Standards: BG, DK, I, und L L�. Die SYSTEM-Einstellung dient zum Wählen dieser unterschiedlichen Standards. Diese sollten nicht mit Fernsehnormen wie PAL oder SECAM verwechselt werden. Pal wird in den meisten europäischen Ländern benutzt, Secam in Frankreich, den GUS-Ländern und den meisten afrikanischen Ländern. In den Vereinigten Staaten und Japan wird eine andere Norm namens NTSC benutzt.
F: Was ist SCART?
A: SCART ist ein 20-poliger rechteckiger Anschluss, mit dem die übergro�e Mehrzahl von Fernsehgeräten für den PAL-Markt ausgestattet ist. Er bietet kombinierte Video-Ein- und Ausgänge, Stereo-Audio-Ein- und Ausgänge und einen RGB-Eingang. Er ist auch als Euro-A/ V-Anschluss und PERI-tel bekannt.
F: Was sind S-VIDEO Signale?
A: Dabei handelt es sich um 2 getrennte Y/C-Videosignale der S-VIDEO- und Hi-8Aufnahmenorm. Die Luminanzsignale Y (Leuchtdichte; schwarz und wei�) und Chrominanzsignale C (Farbe) werden getrennt auf dem Band aufgezeichnet. Dies sorgt für eine bessere Bildqualität im Vergleich zu standardmä�igen Videoaufnahmen (VHS und 8mm), bei denen die Y/C-Signale zu einem einzigen Videosignal zusammengefasst werden.
