The owner's manual/operating instructions that I purchased was the original factory document and it was in at least three and maybe more languages. I no longer have it because I sold the tape recorder and included the owner's manual/operating instructions and a service/repair manual that I bought on ebay for the new owner.

This manual is very useful. Because pioneer sx-q180 is unhandy to use without manual.

Acquisition of
NEXTVIEW
information
Acquisition takes place if the TV is switched on, and in standby if reminders are active. If the TV has just been switched to the current TV channel, it will take up to 10 seconds before the first 5 programmes will be shown. It may take 35 seconds before the complete list of programmes for today and tomorrow for the selected TV channel is filled. As long as the list is not completely filled, the message Please, wait appears at the bottom of the screen. If the channel switching has been occurred more than 40 seconds ago, then the programme list has been already stored. In that case the list will be instantly displayed.
Video recorder restrictions with
NEXTVIEW
The Record item and the automatic recording will only be present and possible if your video recorder is equipped with NEXTVIEWLink. Your video recorder should be connected to EXTERNAL 2. See Connect Peripheral Equipment, p. 23. The daily, weekly and series options, the number of recordings set and the way overlapping recordings are managed, depend on the type of video recorder you have.When all video recorder timers are full, the item Record in the menu will not be present. Upload video recorder overview (only with Philips sets) When the TV is switched on, the timer recordings are uploaded to the TV to check if any manual addition or deletions have been done.This is shown in the overview. The video recorder manages and removes timer recordings when performed. Some NEXTVIEWLink video recorders do not allow a daily programming of the recording to start on a Saturday or Sunday. In this case the item daily will be removed from the menu on those days.
