Having purchased a 1994 Kenwood music system from a Charity shop in 2013 (it was a high end product in its day), I found myself not quite knowing where to plug in what, and how to do this, that and the next thing. I needed a Manual, and after failure with another online 'Manual provider' I found Owner Manuals dot com. Well, I wasn't sure, but it was only $5, and if things didn't work out, I wouldn't have lost much...
But things DID work out. After paying my childrens inheritance money, $4.99, I was sent a Manual for my Kenwood System very quickly. Alas, it was in German, and being Scottish, I could not read it or get my system in order from it...a rapid email to them brought the English Manual in short order, and my retro-system was and IS up and running in it's regulation settings.
I am very grateful to http://www.owner-manuals.com for their quick service and for even having such an obsolete Manual in the first place! If you need a Manual for ANYTHING, try here first. I wouldn't be surprised if I bought a 1928 Marconi radio, and got the user Manual for THAT here too!

Thanks so much for the Owner's manual for my Sony PS - FL1. I had purchased the turntable off of eBay. It came in and looked great. Packed well and appeared to be great. I balanced and aligned the tone are and hooked it up. When trying to play a record the tone are would move to the right place and just before it would drop to play it moved back off the edge of the record before touching down. I searched the net for an answer to this issue. No luck. Then I purchased the owners manual and sure enough there was a place to adjust where the stylus touched down. That adjustment solved the problem and saved me a $35 feet to have the player checked out. The manual is well written and easy to understand. It is a must have for anyone with this front loading Sony turntable.

Ne pas toucher, frapper, frotter l�écran avec quoi que ce soit de dur, ce qui pourrait rayer et abîmer l�écran de façon permanente. Ne pas frotter l�écran avec un tissus poussiéreux contenant un produit chimique. Ne pas toucher l�écran à mains nues ou avec un tissus gras (certains cosmétiques sont dangereux pour l�écran). Débrancher le TV avant tout nettoyage. Lorsque la surface devient poussiéreuse, essuyer légèrement avec du coton absorbant ou un autre matériaux doux. Ne pas utiliser d�acétone, toluene ou alcool sous peine de dommages chimiques. Ne pas utiliser de nettoyant liquide ou en aérosol. Essuyer toutes gouttes (eau...) éventuellement projetées sur l�écran aussi vite que possible. Un contact prolongé peut provoquer des déformations et des taches. � Avez-vous choisi le bon système de télévision dans le menu d�installation manuelle ? � Votre téléviseur et/ou votre antenne interne se trouvent-ils trop près des HPs, d'une installation audio sans prise de terre, de tubes néon, etc.? � La proximité de montagnes ou de hauts immeubles peut être à l'origine d'images dédoublées ou d'ombres. Parfois, on obtient une meilleure qualité d'image en changeant la direction de l'antenne externe. � Est-ce que l�image ou le télétexte est méconnaissable? Vérifiez si vous avez introduit la fréquence correcte.Voir Installation, p. 6. � La luminosité la définition et le contraste sont-ils déréglés? Sélectionnez Préréglages d�usine dans le menu Configuration, Général, p. 7. � Une mauvaise qualité d'image est parfois possible quand une caméra S-VHS, raccordée à droite de l'appareil, fonctionne alors qu'un autre appareil est branché à EXT. 1, 2 ou 3. Dans ce cas, mettez un des appareils hors service. � L'antenne est-elle correctement raccordée? � Les fiches sont-elles fermement enfoncées dans la prise d'antenne? � Le câble d'antenne est-il en bon état et muni des fiches adéquates? � Aucune des chaînes ne diffuse du son? Vérifiez si le volume n�est pas réglé sur sa position minimum. � Le son est-il interrompu lorsque vous appuyez sur la touche ¬? Mettez vote téléviseur hors service. Remettez-le en service. N�essayez jamais de réparer vous-même une panne de téléviseur. Consultez votre revendeur ou un technicien? Vous n'avez pas choisi le menu que vous vouliez? Appuyez une nouvelle fois sur la touche MENU pour sortir du menu. � Si votre TV ne répond plus à la télécommande, les piles peuvent être déchargées. � Vous pouvez toujours utiliser la touche MENU et les touches -/+ en haut du téléviseur. Votre TV consomme de l�énergie en veille. Cette consommation contribue à la pollution de l�air et de l�eau. Consommation : 1 W.
