Having bought a pre-owned Sony FM stereo tuner through eBay, it came without any manuals. It soon became clear that to get the best from this excellent tuner I needed a decent manual because much of the operation was not intuitive to a newboy to hi fi like me. I managed to download the official Sony multi-lingual manual from Owner-Manuals.com with no problem at all - a really quick and easy service. I'm very glad I did because I found out all the operations of the tuner and was then able to not only set it up quickly but also to get much more from it that poke-and-hope trialling would ever achieve. In my book $4.99 very well spent.

Einstellung der Regenerierdosierung
Tür öffnen! Den Wähler an der Frontseite des Gerätes oben links drehen, bis die gewünschte Regenerierstufe mit der Referenzmarkierung übereinstimmt.

Nur vor der ersten Füllung: 1 bis 1,5 Liter Wasser einfüllen. Salz langsam einfüllen bis am unteren Rand des Einfüllstutzens Salzbrei zu sehen ist. Gewinde und Verschlussdichtung von Salzrückständen säubern. Verschluss fest zuschrauben. Unmittelbar danach ein Spülprogramm ablaufen lassen. Dabei wird auch das übergelaufene Wasser abgepumpt. Die Salzmenge reicht für 20-30 Spülprogramme.

Salznachfüllung
Der Salznachfüll-Anzeiger unter dem Deckel des Salzvorratsbehälters erinnert Sie an die Nachfüllung. Wenn der grüne Schwimmer nicht mehr sichtbar ist, muss Salz nachgefüllt werden. Füllmenge etwa 1,5 kg.

Bei einer Wasserhärte kleiner 5° dH, kann das Gerät ohne Zugabe von Salz betrieben werden.
Regeneriersalz einfüllen
Erste Füllung etwa 1,5 kg. Unterkorb herausnehmen, Verschlusskappe des Salzvorratsbehälters, mit dem Symbol gekennzeichnet, abschrauben und Trichter aufsetzen.
