Genuine Toshiba owner's manual. Couldn't really ask for more. And written in understandable English in contrast to a few recent experiences I have had with manuals for other equipment other than Toshiba but made in China and written in "Chinglish"!
HOW TO SETUP YOUR NEW HITACHI PLASMA MONITOR
To take measures to prevent the Plasma Monitor from tipping over and prevent possible injury it is important to mount the unit in a stable place. Securing to a wall *Keep the Plasma Monitor four inches away from the wall except those hung to the wall mount bracket.
NOTES: 1. Do not block the ventilation holes of the Plasma Monitor. Blocking the ventilation holes might cause fire or defect.
2. If you purchased the wall mount bracket option, please ask for professional installer. Do not install by yourself.
PRECAUTIONS
Please avoid installing the monitor directly on the wooden floor. Depending on the quality and condition of the floor, the desktop stand may stick to the floor face, and the surface could come off when the monitor is lifted up.
Caution when moving the main unit As this product is heavy, whenever it is moved, two people are required to transport it safely. Whenever the unit is moved it should be lifted forward using the top and base on both sides for stability. When moving the Plasma Monitor, lift the top and the bottom frame as shown below.
LOCATION Select an area where sunlight or bright indoor illumination will not fall directly on the picture screen. Also, be sure that the location selected allows a free flow of air to and from the perforated back cover of the set. To avoid cabinet warping, cabinet color changes, and increased chance of set failure, do not place the monitor where temperatures can become excessively hot, for example, in direct sunlight or near a heating appliance, etc.
