The Philips scope is of excellent quality, longevity and build and had a couple of faults
when it was passed to me. Having the CCT diagrams is a blessing.
I have fixed the problems and also modded the scope to my requirements.
I have built a 24v Li-Ion pack for portable use from old but good laptop batts.

The manual was made available promptly. I is a clean scan of the original. I had no problem downloading it. The scan was well centered and cleanly formatted. It is as good a product as can be had without being the original document.
Wartung und Pflege
Vor jeder Reinigungsarbeit immer den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose ziehen. Dieses Gerät enthält im Kältekreislauf Isobutan. Aus diesem Grund und aus Gründen der elektrischen Sicherheit dürfen Reparaturen ausschlie�lich von autorisiertem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden.
Abtauen des Kühlabteils
Das Abtauen erfolgt automatisch. Das entstehende Tauwasser flie�t in eine Schale am Kompressor und verdunstet. Die Schale darf nicht entfernt werden. Brandgefahr! Wichtig! Reinigen Sie regelmä�ig das Ablaufloch des Abtauwassers (siehe Abb.). Verwenden Sie hierzu vorgesehenen Reiniger, der sich schon im Ablaufloch befindet.

Reinigung und Wartung
Reinigen Sie bitte das Gerät am besten dann, wenn Sie nur wenig oder kein Kühlbzw. Gefriergut eingelagert haben. Halten Sie den Verflüssiger mit einem Staubsauger oder einer Bürste sauber. Der Kompressor des Gerätes bedarf keiner besonderen Pflege. Um einen sicheren und stromsparenden Betrieb des Gerätes zu gewährleisten, einmal im Jahr die Sockelblende abnehmen und die Luftkanäle mit einem Staubsauger reinigen.
