I purchased the unit from a private party and the original owners manual was not available. Having the ability to download it was extremely helpful and clarified operating the equipment immensely. This is a complicated unit and without the manual I would not have been able to maximize it's potential. Thank you.

30 Inch range: Slide the two catches, located at each rearthe frontof the oven bottom, toward corner of the oven. Lift the rear edge of the oven bottom slightly, then slide it back until the holesin thefront edgeof the ovenbottomclear thepinsin the oven front frame. Remove oven bottom from oven. Tu replace:Fit holes onto pins, lower rear of oven bottom and slide the catchesbackto lockovenbottominto place.

To bleed off air from the line, hold a lighted match next to the burner and turn knob on. HI-SIM-WARM VALVE ADJUSTMENT
(if equipped] The WARM setting should produce a stable flame when turning the knob from HI to WARM. On conventional surface burners,the flame should be 1/8 inch or lower and must be stable on all ports on WARM setting. For sealed burners, the flame should extend to the outer edgeof the lip on the burner cap on the WARMsetting. To adjust:Operate burner on HI for about 5 minutes to preheat burner cap.
