Thank you very much for this Service Manual, it helped us a lot to repair the M-4318!
...BUT: The parts list is missing and the free parts katalog on web isn't complete, so now we don't know the part numbers of the defect parts :(
We had to build them out of a working machine, and need the numbers to reorder the missing parts now.

ASSEMBLED P.W.B. ADJUSTMENT
2.0 Factory Preset
(1) Press Cursor right to select factory reset (Fact Reset) of the OSD and check that the set returns to delivery settings (CH 03). (2) Do not unplug the set until this operation is completed and do not perform any key operation either, after this operation each setting is reset delivery settings automatically.
NOTE:

If there is a different value than shown in I2C Parameter List, for fixed data, adjust it using , buttons (only in this case). When exchanging microprocessor and TV is turned on for first time, it requires initialization of Memory Initial of I2C. Enter to I2C Adjustment mode and reset Memory Initialize.
