Having bought a pre-owned Sony FM stereo tuner through eBay, it came without any manuals. It soon became clear that to get the best from this excellent tuner I needed a decent manual because much of the operation was not intuitive to a newboy to hi fi like me. I managed to download the official Sony multi-lingual manual from Owner-Manuals.com with no problem at all - a really quick and easy service. I'm very glad I did because I found out all the operations of the tuner and was then able to not only set it up quickly but also to get much more from it that poke-and-hope trialling would ever achieve. In my book $4.99 very well spent.
SURFACE COOKING

When reinstalling round burner grates, place pins in slots so grates stay in place, LIGHTING BURNERS SURFACE Your cooktop is equipped with either standing pilots or pilotless ignition which eliminates the constant standing pilot, To light burner: 2. Push down and turn knob to the LITE or STARTposition. Onmodels equipped with pilotless ignition, a clicking sound will be heard and the burner will light. After the burner lights, turn knob to the desired flame size.
SELECTING FLAME SIZE
If a knob is turned very quickly from HIGHto WARM setting, the flame may go out, particularly if burner is cold. If this occurs, turn the knob to the OFF position. Wait several seconds, then light again. __

When reinstalling square grates, place indented sides together so straight sides are at front and rear.
