Having bought a pre-owned Sony FM stereo tuner through eBay, it came without any manuals. It soon became clear that to get the best from this excellent tuner I needed a decent manual because much of the operation was not intuitive to a newboy to hi fi like me. I managed to download the official Sony multi-lingual manual from Owner-Manuals.com with no problem at all - a really quick and easy service. I'm very glad I did because I found out all the operations of the tuner and was then able to not only set it up quickly but also to get much more from it that poke-and-hope trialling would ever achieve. In my book $4.99 very well spent.

Kurzzeitwecker
Der Kurzzeitwecker funktioniert wie ein Küchenwecker. Nach Ablauf einer Kurzzeit ertönt ein Signalton. Vorgehensweise 1. Zeit-Funktionen-Taste so oft drücken, bis die Funktionsleuchte Kurzzeit blinkt. 2. Mit der oder Taste die gewünschte Kurzzeit einstellen (max: 2 Stunden 30 Minuten). 5 Sekunden warten: die Funktionsleuchte Kurzzeit leuchtet. 3. Wenn die Zeit abgelaufen ist, blinkt die Funktionsleuchte Kurzzeit und es ertönt ein Signalton. Zum Abschalten des Signaltons eine beliebige Taste drücken. Korrektur Die Kurzzeit kann überprüft oder korrigiert werden: Zeit-Funktionen-Taste so oft drücken, bis die Funktionsleuchte Kurzzeit blinkt. Mit der oder Taste korrigieren. Löschen Wie im vorangegangenen Absatz vorgehen, jedoch die Zeit auf �0.00� einstellen. Hinweis Die Kurzzeit hat keinen Einfluss auf den Backofenbetrieb. Er kann auch unabhängig von einem Automatikbetrieb verwendet werden.
Display ausschalten
1. Zwei oder drei Tasten 5 Sekunden gedrückt halten. Das Display schaltet sich aus. 2. Zum Einschalten des Displays eine beliebige Taste drücken. Das Display kann nur ausgeschaltet werden, wenn keine Automatikfunktion eingestellt ist.
