A comprehensive Operating and Service Manual. All schematics are complete and easy to read. The PCB drawings and complete parts list are very helpful. I would definitely recommend this manual.

2. Turn thermostat and selector knobs to CLEAN. 3. Press SELF CLEAN button. 3:00 will appear in the display. When the SELF CLEAN button is pressed, the oven will automatically clean for 3 hours. A shorter (2 hours) or long (up to 4 hours) clean cycle can be selected by turning the SET knob after pressing the SELF CLEAN button.
When power is first supplied to the oven or if there is a power failure the display will blink 88:88. Follow the instructions above to set the' clock. TIMER To set timer: Press TIMER button. Turn SET knob to set desired time. Display wilt immediately begin counting down in seconds. Timer can be set for up to 99 minutes. I '2:DDI OOQ
