The Philips scope is of excellent quality, longevity and build and had a couple of faults
when it was passed to me. Having the CCT diagrams is a blessing.
I have fixed the problems and also modded the scope to my requirements.

Bedienungs- und Kontrolleinrichtung
Die rote Warnanzeige (6) leuchtet: � bei Inbetriebnahme des Geräts, wenn die Lagertemperatur noch nicht erreicht ist, � wenn die Mindest-Lagertemperatur nicht mehr eingehalten wird (Störung), � beim Einlegen zu gro�er Mengen frischer Lebensmittel und � bei zu lange geöffneter Gerätetür.
Warnsystem
Das Warnsystem besteht aus optischer rote Warnanzeige und akustischem Tonwarner. Die rote Warnanzeige und der Tonwarner geben Alarm � wenn die Temperatur im Gefrierraum zu warm wird; � bei Funktionsstörungen am Kühlsystem. Temperaturwarnung Die rote Warnanzeige leuchtet und der Tonwarner ertönt, wenn die Temperatur im Gefrierraum wärmer wird als -12°C. Ein Temperaturanstieg im Gefrierraum ist eventuell zurückzuführen auf � häufiges und langes Türöffnen; � Einlagern grö�erer Mengen warmer Lebensmittel; � hohe Umgebungstemperatur; � eine Funktionsstörung am Kühlsystem. 1. Schalten Sie den Tonwarner ab, indem Sie den FROSTMATIC-Schalter drücken. Die gelbe Anzeige für FROSTMATIC-Funktion leuchtet. Die rote Warnanzeige leuchtet weiterhin, bis die erforderliche Lagertemperatur wieder erreicht ist. 2. Nachdem die Lagertemperatur wieder erreicht ist, drücken Sie den FROSTMATIC-Schalter erneut, um die FROSTMATIC-Funktion abzuschalten. Die gelbe Leuchtanzeige erlischt. Hinweis: Nach Inbetriebnahme des Geräts geben Warnanzeige und Tonwarner Alarm, da die erforderliche Lagertemperatur im Gefrierraum noch nicht erreicht ist. Funktionsstörungen Hat die Elektronik des Gerätes einen technischen Defekt erkannt, der verhindert, dass die IST-Temperatur erfa�t werden kann, blinkt die rote Alarmkontrolleuchte. Das Gerät arbeitet mit einem Notprogramm, bis der Kundendienst die Reparatur durchgeführt hat. 12
