Finding the owners manual for my Pioneer CRWM62R is greatly appreciated. I had searched several other web sites with no success. Although my manual was not listed on your site for immediate download, I recevied an email within a few hours that my ower's manual was posted for me. Upper rack:
Crockery holders (A) depending on the model: Long-handles utensils, cups and glasses. Glasses should rest against side of basket or holders. Tall, narrow items should be placed in the middle of the rack or on the holders. When more space is needed, holders can be tilted against rack side. depending on the model

Rack height adjustment
(factory setting upper position): � The rack must be level on both sides.
Lower rack:
Tilting plate holders (4 seperately tiltable holders) (F) depending on the model.

Cutlery basket (G):
Sharp knives and forks that might cause injury must be placed in the cutlery basket with the handles positioned upwards. Some models are provided with a grid that can be fitted onto the cutlery basket to keep items separated.

Do not use the appliance for items not suitable for washing in a dishwasher, for example wooden items, aluminium, plastic utensils, tin, hand-decorated crockery (unglazed), silver cutlery.
