Thanks so much for the Owner's manual for my Sony PS - FL1. I had purchased the turntable off of eBay. It came in and looked great. Packed well and appeared to be great. I balanced and aligned the tone are and hooked it up. When trying to play a record the tone are would move to the right place and just before it would drop to play it moved back off the edge of the record before touching down. I searched the net for an answer to this issue. No luck. Then I purchased the owners manual and sure enough there was a place to adjust where the stylus touched down. That adjustment solved the problem and saved me a $35 feet to have the player checked out. The manual is well written and easy to understand. It is a must have for anyone with this front loading Sony turntable.

Some years back I pruchased a Sansui G-9000. I had it cleaned up and a problem with the left channel repaired. When I got it back I hooked it up to my tape decks, turn tables, TV and it played great. The only thing I was not really satisfied with was the performance of my Graphic Equalizer. I purchased this owner's manual had poured myself a cup of coffee. The manual is well organized and written in plain language. It also contained the solution to my dissatisfaction. By using the preamp connections coupled I was able to run everything through my graphic equalizer and now enjoy the full potential of my complete system.

An excellent service for the price, however, it would also have been handy if the troubleshooter pages were included. The manual is only sent in the language of your country, thus it looks as though there are some pages missing. Otherwise highly recommended.

ARRIV�E D�EAU
� � � Arrivée d�eau : Eau froide uniquement Robinet : Raccord à vis pour tuyaux 3/4� Pression : 100-1000 kPa (1-10 bar).
TUYAU D�ARRIV�E D�EAU
1. Vissez soigneusement le tuyau d�arrivée sur le robinet, de préférence à la main. Vérifiez que le tuyau ne forme pas de n�ud. 2. Vérifiez l�étanchéité des raccordements de la machine en ouvrant le robinet à fond. � Si le tuyau n�est pas suffisamment long, remplacez-le par un tuyau de longueur suffisante résistant à la pression (minimum 1000 kPa - en conformité avec EN 50084). � Vérifiez régulièrement que le tuyau d�arrivée d�eau ne présente ni signe de fragilisation, ni fissure. Le cas échéant, remplacez-le. � La machine à laver peut être branchée sans clapet anti-retour. � Respectez les prescriptions des Compagnies locales de distribution d�eau.

Alimentation avec sécurité hydraulique
ALIMENTATION AVEC S�CURITE HYDRAULIQUE (selon les modèles)
Après avoir inséré le filtre dans le raccord fileté, vissez ce dernier sur le robinet d'arrivée d'eau. Ouvrez le robinet à fond et vérifiez l�étanchéité du raccordement. � L�appareil ne doit en aucun cas être connecté au mitigeur d�un chauffe-eau non pressurisé. � Le tuyau d�arrivée d�eau et le boîtier de raccordement plastique contiennent des composants électriques. N.B. Le tuyau flexible ne doit pas être coupé et le boîtier ne doit pas être immergé dans l�eau. � Si le tuyau flexible est endommagé, débranchez immédiatement l�appareil. � Si le tuyau flexible n�est pas suffisamment long, remplacez-le par un tuyau avec sécurité hydraulique de 3 m de long (disponible auprès du Service AprèsVente ou chez votre Revendeur). Cette opération ne doit être confiée qu�à un électricien qualifié. �
VIDANGE
� Raccordement du tuyau de vidange. Connectez le tuyau de vidange au siphon ou accrochez-le au rebord d�un évier avec la crosse de vidange (voir la figure). Il ne faut en aucun cas accrocher le tuyau de vidange à une petite bassine. Hauteur max. de vidange de l�eau : 1,25 m Si vous devez rallonger le tuyau, utilisez un tuyau flexible de même type et fixez le raccord à l�aide de colliers de fixation pour tuyaux flexibles. Longueur max. du tuyau de vidange : 2,50 m Important : Vérifiez que le tuyau ne forme pas de n�ud. Fixez le tuyau pour qu�il ne tombe pas quand l�appareil fonctionne.
