Very clear scan, I recommend it. Definitely a must have for any 3362 owner.
Alpine could have written a slightly more complete manual, though. It's already pretty huge, but the unit has so many functions, I feel some more explanation would have been better.
Yamaha's manual of their comparable YDSP-1 is a little better in my opinion.

Réglage de la température du congélateur
L�appareil est réglé en usine pour fonctionner à la température de -18 °C. Il est possible de modifier la température intérieure en procédant de la façon suivante : � Tournez le bouton thermostat A sur la position 1/Min si vous voulez obtenir une température de conservation moins froide. � Tournez le bouton thermostat A sur la position 4/Max si vous voulez obtenir une température de conservation plus froide. � Tournez le bouton thermostat A sur la position q pour arrêter le congélateur (l�appareil reste sous tension).

Signalisation Alarme température
Le signal sonore et le voyant rouge C sont activés.
Cause
La température intérieure est supérieure à -12 °C.
Remède
Appuyez sur le bouton E jusqu'à ce que la température redescende sous -12°C.
Monter les entretoises (Fig. 1 - 2 en fonction des modèles)
