This was a very hard to find manual. The unit is long discontinued and Pioneer doesn't retain every manual for every model. Thanks owner's-manual.com!
Removing Misfed Paper
When "Misfeed:W" Appears
E Push the blue button W3 to open
the cover (A), then remove the misfed paper (B).
A Open the front cover of the Mailbox CS360.

F Close the cover and press it down
until it clicks into place.
B Push
the blue lever W1 downwards to open the cover inside (A). Then remove the misfed paper (B).
G Open the top cover of the Mailbox
CS360.

C While pushing the blue lever W1
downwards, return the cover to its original position.
H Pull the blue lever W5 to the right
to open the cover (A), then remove the misfed paper (B).

D While opening the W2 cover (A),
remove the misfed paper (B).
