Thanks so much for the Owner's manual for my Sony PS - FL1. I had purchased the turntable off of eBay. It came in and looked great. Packed well and appeared to be great. I balanced and aligned the tone are and hooked it up. When trying to play a record the tone are would move to the right place and just before it would drop to play it moved back off the edge of the record before touching down. I searched the net for an answer to this issue. No luck. Then I purchased the owners manual and sure enough there was a place to adjust where the stylus touched down. That adjustment solved the problem and saved me a $35 feet to have the player checked out. The manual is well written and easy to understand. It is a must have for anyone with this front loading Sony turntable.

Some years back I pruchased a Sansui G-9000. I had it cleaned up and a problem with the left channel repaired. When I got it back I hooked it up to my tape decks, turn tables, TV and it played great. The only thing I was not really satisfied with was the performance of my Graphic Equalizer. I purchased this owner's manual had poured myself a cup of coffee. The manual is well organized and written in plain language. It also contained the solution to my dissatisfaction. By using the preamp connections coupled I was able to run everything through my graphic equalizer and now enjoy the full potential of my complete system.

An excellent service for the price, however, it would also have been handy if the troubleshooter pages were included. The manual is only sent in the language of your country, thus it looks as though there are some pages missing. Otherwise highly recommended.

INSTALACION � Informaciones te ´cnicas para el instalador
Este encimera se puede empotrar en una superficie de trabajo de 20 a 50 mm de espesor. Si no hay horno debajo de la superficie de coccio (un horno instalado debe ´n estar fabricado por nosotros y equipado con sistema de refrigeracio introduzca un panel ´n), de separacio a una distancia mı´nima de 20 ´n mm desde la base de la superficie de coccio ´n. Nota: Antes de instalar la encimera hay que comprobar que las condiciones de distribucio ´n local (tipo y presio del gas) y las regulaciones ´n de la encimera sean compatibles (ver chapa de matrı´cula).

La distancia mı´nima entre la encimera y un eventual mueble columna ha de ser de 100 mm. Antes de instalar la encimera quitar la eventual pelı´cula protectora. Los revestimientos de las paredes del mueble o de los aparatos adyacentes a la encimera tienen que ser resistentes al calor (proteccio contra ´n calentamiento �Y� segu las normas locales). ´n
La instalacio tiene que realizarse siguiendo las ´n normas locales vigentes. Es indispensable que en el local en que se instala la encimera haya aire suficiente para permitir la correcta combustio del gas (ver tabla). ´n El aire ha de circular naturalmente a trave de ´s una abertura adecuada, que adema tiene que: ´s - Ser permanente y estar hecha en las paredes que dan hacia el exterior del local por ventilar, en una zona lejana de fuentes de contaminacio ´n. - Estar hecha de tal manera que las bocas de abertura, tanto hacia el interior como hacia el exterior de la pared, no puedan ser obstruidas, ni siquiera accidentalmente. - Estar protegida por una rejilla, una red meta ´lica, etc., que, en cualquier caso, no reduzca la seccio ´n u anteriormente indicada. ´til - Estar ubicada a una altura cercana al nivel del suelo y suficiente para no perturbar el funcionamiento correcto de los dispositivos de descarga de los productos de combustio ´n.

Aplicar la junta incluida a la encimera (si no la lleva ya) despue de haber limpiado la ´s superficie de contacto como se ilustra en la figura.
Fijar la encimera por medio de las grapas incluidas. 1. Colocar las grapas de fijacio sobre los orificios y ´n fijarlas con los respectivos tornillos. 2. Realizar la abertura en la superficie de trabajo respetando las dimensiones indicadas en la ficha del producto adjunta. 3. Instalar la encimera en la superficie de trabajo. Atencio El cable de alimentacio ele ´n: ´n ´ctrica y el enchufe tienen que ser adecuados a la absorcio ele ´n ´ctrica de la encimera. La longitud del cable tiene que permitir extraer la encimera levanta ´ndola.
