CAT�GORIE Ailes de poulet surgelées, précuites Pépites de poulet surgelées, précuites Poulet épicé DIRECTIVES Les disposer en couche simple sur le pourtour d�une assiette à dîner ou d�un plat. QUANTIT� 6 ou 12 oz (170 ou 340 g)

Les disposer en couche simple sur le pourtour d�une assiette à dîner.

4 ou 8 oz (114 ou 227 g)

- 2 portions (doubler les ingrédients pour 4 portions) � 1 ½ lb (680 g) de morceaux de poulet, sans peau � 1 cuillère à thé de poivre de Cayenne � 1 ½ cuillère à soupe de paprika � ½ cuillère à thé de poivre � ½ tasse (118 mL) de sauce forte ou 1 cuillère à soupe de sauce Tabasco � ½ tasse (118 mL) de sauce barbecue de son choix Mélanger le tout dans un plat en verre de 8 x 8 po (20 x 20 cm) ou équivalent et recouvrir d�une pellicule plastique. Faire cuire au réglage « Spicy Chicken ». Remuer et servir tel quel ou placer sous un gril quelques minutes, pour améliorer la couleur. - 2 portions (doubler les ingrédients pour 4 portions) � ½ oignon moyen, haché � ½ poivron vert, en dés � ½ tasse (114 g) de petits pois congelés � ½ tasse (114 g) de riz à grains longs � 1 tasse (237 mL) d�eau � ½ tasse (118 mL) de salsa � 1 ½ lb (680 g) de morceaux de poulet, pattes, cuisses, poitrines, ailes ou une combinaison de tous les morceaux, sans peau � 1 cuillère à thé de cumin � Sel et poivre au goût � ½ tasse (114 g) d�olives vertes avec piments Placer les oignons et les poivrons dans un plat en verre de 8 x 8 pouces (20 x 20 cm) ou équivalent, et faire cuire aux micro-ondes pendant 3 minutes. Ajouter les petits pois, le riz, l�eau, la salsa, le poulet et le cumin. Assaisonner de sel et de poivre. Recouvrir d�une pellicule plastique et faire cuire au réglage « Mexican Chicken ». Ajouter les olives et servir tel quel ou placer sous un gril quelques minutes, pour améliorer la couleur.
