Is it OK? Yes Disconnect JA and JB connectors on the main PCB.
No
Replace main volume.
Press Demo button.
Does the demo tune sound? Yes Replace keyboard PCBs.
No
Replace the main PCB.

Distorted sound
Check the voltage selector.
Is it at proper position? Yes Replace the main PCB.
No
Set the voltage selector at proper position.
