The Philips scope is of excellent quality, longevity and build and had a couple of faults
when it was passed to me. Having the CCT diagrams is a blessing.
I have fixed the problems and also modded the scope to my requirements.
I have built a 24v Li-Ion pack for portable use from old but good laptop batts.

The manual was made available promptly. I is a clean scan of the original. I had no problem downloading it. The scan was well centered and cleanly formatted. It is as good a product as can be had without being the original document.
INSTALLATION
� � � Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht neben einer Wärmequelle auf. Stellen Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen und gut belüfteten Ort auf. Das Gerät muss ganz eben aufgestellt werden. Bei Bedarf können die vorderen Fü�e reguliert werden. �ber dem Gerät muss ein Freiraum von mindestens 5 cm verbleiben. Einige Modelle verfügen über vorstehende Seitenwände, so dass die Aufstellung im direktem Kontakt zur dahinter liegenden Wand möglich ist. Ansonsten müssen die Distanzstücke (falls mitgeliefert) im oberen Teil des Verflüssigers auf der Geräterückseite eingesetzt werden. Bei den Modellen ohne vorspringende Seitenwände muss ein Abstand zur Wand von mindestens 4,5 cm verbleiben. Reinigen Sie das Geräteinnere (siehe Kapitel �Reinigung und Wartung�). Setzen Sie das mitgelieferte Zubehör ein. Entfernen Sie die Transportsicherung des Kompressors (nur bei einigen Modellen).

Elektrischer Anschluss
� Die elektrischen Anschlüsse müssen den örtlichen Vorschriften entsprechend ausgeführt werden. Prüfen Sie, ob der auf dem Typenschild angegebene Spannungswert mit der Netzspannung übereinstimmt. Die Erdung dieses Gerätes ist gesetzlich vorgeschrieben. Der Hersteller haftet nicht für eventuelle Schäden an Personen, Haustieren oder Sachen, die infolge Nichtbeachtung der o. g. Vorschriften entstehen. Falls Stecker und Steckdose nicht desselben Typs sind, muss die Steckdose von einem qualifizierten Techniker ausgewechselt werden. Verwenden Sie keine Verlängerungskabel, Vielfachsteckdosen oder Adapter.
