Good pdf of the service manual for this unit. Includes disassembly instructions, full schematics, board layouts, parts lists and diagnostic information. Some information is in the pdf twice (single pages, and split pages), but that could be how it was originally generated by panasonic, or perhaps the idea is to make it eaiser to put onto 8.5 x 11" pages.
Information was exactly what I needed. Delivery was overnight (less than 12 hours) and I was happy with the process.

AV-16KG21 AV-16KG11 3.5.5 METHOD OF SETTING 1. IF [1. VCO] (1) [1] key (2) [1] key (4) [DISPLAY] key Select 1. IF. Select 1. VCO. As you press this key twice, you will return to the SERVICE MENU.
(3) The VCO (CW) screen will be displayed a allow mark when the AFT voltage is at a certain level.
[2. DELAY POINT] (1) [1] key (2) [2] key (3) [MENU - / +] keys (4) [DISPLAY] key
Select 1. IF. Select 2. DELAY POINT. Set (adjust) the setting values of the setting items. When this is pressed twice, you will return to the SERVICE MENU.
NOTE: When the setting value has been changed, the new value will be stored in memory immediately.
2. V/C, 3. DEF and 4. VSM PRESET (1) [2]~[4] keys (2) [MENU / ] keys (3) [MENU - / +] keys (4) [DISPLAY] key Select one from 2. V/C, 3. DEF and 4. VSM PRESET. Select setting items. Adjust the values of the items. When this is pressed, return to the SERVICE MENU.
