The PDF copy was immediately available on download after the payment. However, I noticed that the document was in German, and Ihad to contact a German translator to get it translated it to English. The quality of document is legible can be used for my purpose.

The Philips scope is of excellent quality, longevity and build and had a couple of faults
when it was passed to me. Having the CCT diagrams is a blessing.
I have fixed the problems and also modded the scope to my requirements.
I have built a 24v Li-Ion pack for portable use from old but good laptop batts.
it is working beautifully and I am well pleased. Keep up the good work Guys.
PREPARATION
! Initial Settings
When the TV is first turned on, it enters the initial setting mode, and the JVC logo is displayed. Follow the instructions on the on-screen display to make the initial settings.
1 Press the Main power button on the
TV.
The Power lamp lights red (for power on), then green (for TV on) and the JVC logo is displayed.

Note: � If the power lamp stays red and does not change to green: Your TV is in the standby mode. Press the # (Standby) button on the remote control to turn your TV on. � The JVC logo does not appear when your TV has been turned on once. In this case, use the �LANGUAGE� and �AUTO PROGRAM� functions to make the initial settings. For details, see �INSTALL� on page 27.
2 Press the a button.
The LANGUAGE menu appears.

English is set for the on-screen display description. The COUNTRY menu appears as a sub-menu of the AUTO PROGRAM function. There are two COUNTRY menus. Pressing the yellow button changes the COUNTRY menu as follows:
