Having bought a pre-owned Sony FM stereo tuner through eBay, it came without any manuals. It soon became clear that to get the best from this excellent tuner I needed a decent manual because much of the operation was not intuitive to a newboy to hi fi like me. I managed to download the official Sony multi-lingual manual from Owner-Manuals.com with no problem at all - a really quick and easy service. I'm very glad I did because I found out all the operations of the tuner and was then able to not only set it up quickly but also to get much more from it that poke-and-hope trialling would ever achieve. In my book $4.99 very well spent.

Mahdollinen syy
VOLUME ei ole säädetty. Kuuloke on kytketty. Virtajohtoa ei ole kytketty kunnolla. Paristot ovat tyhjät. Paristot on asetettu väärin. Yritit vaihtaa verkkovirrasta paristokäyttöön irrottamatta pistoketta. Sähköstaattinen purkaus.
Ratkaisu
Säädä VOLUME. Irrota kuuloke. Kytke virtajohto kunnolla. Laita täydet paristot laitteeseen. Aseta paristot oikein. Irrota verkkovirtapistoke laitteen AC MAINS -liittimestä. Irrota laite virtalähteestä ja kytke se taas muutaman sekunnin kuluttua. Etsi paras vastaanotto antennia suuntaamalla. Pidä radio erossa sähkölaitteista. Vaihda tai puhdista CD. Aseta CD laitteeseen. Aseta CD etikettipuoli ylöspäin. Odota kunnes linssi on kirkastunut. Vaihda tai puhdista CD. Kytke SHUFFLE tai PROGRAM pois päältä. Puhdista päät, vetorullat ja ohjausrullat. Käytä äänitykseen ainoastaan NORMAL-kasetteja. Peitä aukko teipillä. Sijoita paristot oikein. Laita kaukosäätimeen täydet paristot. Lyhennä välimatkaa.
Välimatka laitteeseen on liian pitkä.

Laite ei reagoi minkään painikkeen käyttöön Huono Heikko radiosignaali. radiovastaanotto Lähellä olevan sähkölaitteen kuten TV:n, tietokoneen, moottorin tms. aiheuttama häiriö. no tai E näytössä CD on pahoin naarmuuntunut tai likaantunut. Laitteessa ei ole CD:tä. CD on väärinpäin. Laserlinssi on huurtunut. CD hyppää raitojen yli CD on vahingoittunut tai likaantunut. SHUFFLE tai PROGRAM on aktivoitu. Kasetin äänilaatu Pölyä ja likaa päissä, vetorullissa huono tai ohjausrullissa. �änitykseen sopimaton kasettityyppi (METAL tai CHROME) for recording. �änitys ei toimi Kasetin kieleke/kielekkeet on katkaistu. Kaukosäädin ei Paristot on sijoitettu väärin. toimi kunnolla Paristot ovat tyhjät.
