It soon became clear that to get the best from this excellent tuner I needed a decent manual because much of the operation was not intuitive to a newboy to hi fi like me. I managed to download the official Sony multi-lingual manual from Owner-Manuals.com with no problem at all - a really quick and easy service. I'm very glad I did because I found out all the operations of the tuner and was then able to not only set it up quickly but also to get much more from it that poke-and-hope trialling would ever achieve. Remarques concernant les tableaux Rôtissage
Vous trouverez dans le tableau des indications de température, durée de cuisson et plans de cuisson pour diverses sortes de viandes. Les durées de cuisson sont données simplement à titre indicatif. � Nous recommandons de rôtir la viande et le poisson au four seulement à partir de 1 kg. � De manière générale, la fonction chaleur supérieure/chaleur inférieure convient particulièrement bien pour rôtir des viandes très maigres, comme le poisson ou le gibier. Pour toutes les autres sortes de viande nous recommandons la fonction rôtissage infra , pour les grandes volailles, p. ex. la dinde, la fonction chaleur tournante universelle . � Retourner le rôti après environ les 2/3 du temps de cuisson, sauf pour la fonction chaleur tournante universelle . � Le temps de cuisson nécessaire dépend de la nature et de la qualité de la viande. � Le temps de rôtissage nécessaire dépend de la nature et de la hauteur de la viande. Pour mesurer la hauteur de la viande, soulever légèrement la viande, vu que celle-ci se tasse sous l�effet de son propre poids. � Pour les viandes comportant une couche de graisse, la durée de rôtissage nécessaire peut se prolonger fortement, dans certains cas même être doublée. � Lorsque le four est garni de plusieurs petites pièces de viande ou de petites volailles, la durée de cuisson se prolonge d�environ 10 minutes par pièce (p. ex. durée de rôtissage pour 1 poulet env. 55 minutes, durée de rôtissage pour 3 poulets env. 65 à 75 minutes). � Si le rôtissage commence avec démarrage différé, n�utiliser le four qu�avec la fonction chaleur tournante universelle . � Pour rôtir, utilisez le thermomètre à viande. Vous réussirez ainsi toujours votre rôti. Vous trouverez des conseils d�utilisation correcte à la page 43.
