The quality of this manual is good. It has all schematics and setup information for both the MDS-B3 and the MDS-B4. The scan quality is quite good, all pages are readable, This service manual also contains scans of the operating instructions from the User manual.

Additionally, this terminal in conjunction with GLCO and PALI is used to detemine the host port mode configuration during initial power up. Horizontal sync signal. The rising edge time is programmable via host port control this terminal may be placed in a high-impedance state under host port control. PAL line indicator or horizontal lock indicator. For PAL line indicator a logic 1 indicates a noninverted line and a logic 0 indicates an inverted line. For horizontal lock indicator a logic 1 indicates the internal horizontal PLL is in a locked state. Additionally, this terminal in conjunction with GLCO and FID is used to detemine the host port mode configuration during initial power up. Vertical sync or vertical blanking signal. The function of this terminal is selected via host port control. This terminal may be placed in a high-impedance state.
