<Measure>
Visually check ink tanks
EEPROM is defective. <Suspected parts> Ink tank, EEPROM
Remove ink tank and confirm that the ink tank is not empty.
Empty? No
Yes Replace ink tank(s)
Reinstall the ink tank securely
OK? Yes
No Reinstall the ink tank
Replace the control board
