3-3. Replacing the Main Parts
3-3-2. DC Fan
n The DC fan can be replaced with the main power of the MAV-2000 turned on. When replacing the DC fan while the powers are on, do it as quickly as possible (within about 10 minutes) in consideration of the air-cooling effect. Replacement Part Part name : DC fan Part No. : 1-763-175-11 Replacement Procedure 1. Open the front panel. (Refer to Section 3-1-1.) 2. Turn off the power of the switching regulator. 3. Remove the four screws, and while holding the handle remove the fan assembly in the direction of the arrow.
Replacing the right DC fan 1. Disconnect the harness from the two harness clamps. 2. Disconnect the connector (CN2) of the LE-193G board. 3. Remove the four screws and remove the DC fan.

4. Attach a new DC fan to the fan assembly in reverse order of steps 1 through 3.

Replacing the left DC fan 1. Disconnect the harness from the harness clamp. 2. Disconnect the connector (CN3) of the LE-193G board. 3. Remove the four screws and remove the DC fan.
