Service Manual: a rather complete OEM service manual (15.5MB pdf file size). Scan quality was very good, accept for a few circuit board diagrams that were dark; Zooming, however, clarified the image. Has the required information for servicing the LD Player.

2-4-1. IF-715 Board
In the case of one power-cooling-fan Removal
3Harnesses to HDD units
1. Turn off the power and wait for more than 30 seconds. 2. Remove the upper lid. (Refer to Section 1-6.) 3. Disconnect all harnesses on the IF-715 board. 1 Free the six harnesses of fans 1 to 6 from clampers 1 and remove them. 2 Disconnect the POWER IN harness. 3 Disconnect the 12 harnesses which are connected to the HDD units. Free these harnesses from clampers 3. 4 Disconnect the harness which is connected to the FP-104 board. 5 Disconnect the harness of power-coolingfan.

4. Unscrew the four screws. 5. Remove the IF-715 board with paying attention to avoid catching on the harness. Installation Install in the reverse order of removal. However, for connection of harnesses of fans 1 to 6, refer to installation procedure 8 in �2-3. Replacement of Power Supply Unit� and connect it properly.
