1-1. Outline
The BKP-590 is a circuit board kit that enables Betacam CCD color video cameras such as the BVP-90 and others (excluding BVP-5/50) to be connected directly to the CCU-700 series via the CA-57A/57AP. Wide band transmission The video bandwidth is extend to 10 MHz by increasing the transmission bandwidth of the triax system. NCS (New Command System) is supported Owing the BKP-590, a conventional camera can be connected to the new command system (used in the CCU700 series) which is employed in the Sony camera. 1. Loosen the four screws and remove the side panels (left and right).

1-2. Installation
n Before installing the BKP-590 to the CA-57A/57AP, remove the triax cable from CCU connector so that the BKP-590 is installed to the CA-57A/57AP with the triax cable removed.
