1-3. Installation
1-3-3. How to Mount in 19-inch Rack
The unit can be mounted in a 19-inch EIA standard rack. (The height of this unit is 3U.) 1. Fixing the rack angle to rack Secure the right and left angles of the unit to the rack directly. This installation is enough good for daily use. Have two or more persons to do the installation. . Universal-type Rack Secure the unit to the rack with the four screws.
2. Using the slide rails If using the slide rails, it is convenient for putting the unit in and out frequently. Three kinds of rails are now available. a. RMM-30 (standard product) b. SUA-861 (standard product) c. Accuride® slide rails (commercially available) a. RMM-30 (1 set) Applicable rack . The depth is 660 to 830 mm (26 to 32 3/4 inches) for 22� rail. Installation . Refer to the installation manual supplied with the RMM-30. n The slide rails of the RMM-30 is equivalent to the Accuride®�s 305A-22. If you use rails which are different in length, we recommend the Accuride® made. b. SUA-861 (1 set)
