This manual is for the usa model only. But it is clear
, accurate and comprehensive, including board layouts and schematics.
I found it extremely useful for my mitsubishi dp-86da, but the same diagram would also work for the realistic lab5000 and hi fi 80. Thanks.

2-2. IC Link Replacement
IC links are mounted on the BKPF-201. A IC link will blow when abnormality occurs and an overcurrent flows in the equipment. Be sure to replace with the specified IC link as shown below after removing the foreign substances that may cause the shorts. AD-131 board : PS1 (R2), PS2 (R1) Part Name : IC link 2.0 A Part No. : !1-533-282-21 n ( ) means the mounted address of IC link. WARNING The IC link is critical parts to safe operation. Replace this component with Sony parts whose part numbers appear in this manual published by Sony. If not, this may cause a fire or electric shock. Be sure to use the specified component in this manual.
Components marked ! are critical to safe operation. Therefore, specified parts should be used in the case of replacement.
2. Standardization of Parts Some repair parts supplied by Sony differ from those used for the unit. These are because of parts commonality and improvement. Parts list has the present standardized repair parts. 3. Stock of Parts Parts marked with �o� at SP (Supply Code) column of the spare parts list may be not stocked. Therefore, the delivery date will be delayed. 4. Units Representation The following represented units are changed or omitted in writing.

n For the replacement of the CN-1323 board, replace the board using its mounted circuit board. For the replacement of the AD-131 board, please buy BKPF-201 because the AD-131 board is not preparated its mounted circuit board for spare parts.
