Very clear scan, I recommend it. Definitely a must have for any 3362 owner.
Alpine could have written a slightly more complete manual, though. It's already pretty huge, but the unit has so many functions, I feel some more explanation would have been better.
Yamaha's manual of their comparable YDSP-1 is a little better in my opinion.

Correct manual received and of good quality but the contents of the file for the Service Manual for the same monitor is for a 20" TV not the RGB Monitor.

HOW TO USE THE PROGRAMMER
6. The display shows the real time and the green leds remain lit. Note: If you want to interrupt cooking or to modify the set cooking time, push button and reset the new time.
7. At the end of cooking, the dispaly will show -End and the green leds switch off. The acoustic signal sounds intermittently. To interrupt the acoustic signal, push any button. The display will show the real time.

8. Set the selector knob F to position 0 and the thermostat knob to position q.
