Very comprehensive document which is a must-have for any Satellit 2100 owner whose set up is somewhat intricate. Due to the bad quality of the pictures that are rather dark and a bit blurred I gave 4-star feedback.
The manual was missing 2 pages but when I presented the problem to the company they made every attempt to get the 2 pages to me, when they couldn't they refunded my money. A very pleasing and easy transaction. The manual they provided was the original, it was concise and to the point. I plan to do business with this company again when should the need arise.
The owners manual is very good. all my how to questions were answered in detail.

Ober- / Unterhitze
Ober� und Unterhitze ist die konventionelle Funktion von Elektrobacköfen. Heizkörper auf dem Backofenboden und an der Decke im Backraum geben Strahlungswärme an das Gargut. Temperatureinstellungen sind zwischen 50 und 275° C möglich. Backen oder Braten mit Ober� und Unterhitze ist auf einer Ebene möglich. Temperatureinstellungen und Einschubhöhen siehe Back� und Brattabelle Seite 27.
Dörren mit Heissluft
Sie können in 3 bis 4 Ebenen dörren, siehe Dörrtabelle Seite 32. Vertauschen Sie von Zeit zu Zeit die Bleche in den Einschubhöhen. Belegen sie das Kuchenblech mit Backpapier und legen Sie das Dörrgut einschichtig und eng zusammen darauf. Dörrbleche als Sonderzubehör siehe Bestellkarte. Lassen Sie die Backofentüre ca. 2 cm offen (Holzkelle einklemmen). Prüfen Sie kurz vor Ablauf der Dörrzeit den Trocknungsgrad des Dörrgutes: Nehmen Sie 2 bis 3 Stücke des Dörrgutes heraus und pressen SIe sie zwischen Daumen und Zeigefinger. Es darf kein Saft austreten, das Dörrgut darf aber auch nicht brüchig sein.
