At $5,00 certainly good bang for your buck. Includes electric schematics as well as exploded parts view + parts list for reordering. Unfortunately no details on the PCB contents or working, but then again, this is not overly complex. Best bonus: this manual does contain the heavily searched for LED error codes as well as descriptions for test operation. Haven't gotten around to fixing the machine yet, one thing the manual won't do for you is getting it out of the kitchen assembly :-(

It`s not your fault tear down is rather incomplete. It doesn`t have complete instructions as to deconstruction for repair.

This was an excellent source of detailed assembly information on a device which is at least 12 years old. A very lucky find, coupled with great service.
Note : Make these 2 adjustments (3-S1, 3-S2) after perfoming section 3-13. 3-S1. W/B plunge correction adjustment S1-1. Adjustment of NTSC composite 1) Input the 525 all white (with burst) cut-off signal. 2) Adjust the brightness to a value below 10 cd/m2 with CONT and BRT VR. Brightness adjustment:3 cd/m2 3) Turn CHROMA VR to MIN, and measure the color temperature. 4) Turn CHROMA VR to MAX, and make adjustment with
NTSC B-Y
S1-4. Adjustment of DIGITAL 1) Input the DI 525 all white cut-off signal. 2) Repeat the operations S1-1. 2) and 3). 3) Turn CHROMA VR to MAX, and make adjustment with DIGITAL R-Y and DIGITAL B-Y so that the color temperature will be the same as the value measured in item 2). Standard adjustment: The difference should be within 2 JND when CHROMA MIN n MAX. S1-5. Adjustment of NTSC443 composite 1) Input the all white (with burst) cut-off signal. 2) Repeat the operations S1-1. 2) and 3). 3) Turn CHROMA VR to MAX, and make adjustment with NTSC443 R-Y and NTSC443 B-Y so that the color temperature will be same as the value measured in item 2).
